1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to your electronic order placed with “EDITION MOSCHBERGER – Musikverlag Christoph Moschberger.”

2. Contracting Party

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.

3.2 By clicking the button “Pay”, you submit a binding declaration to purchase the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after completion by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation email includes all order details as well as these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 We store the order including the contractual terms until the order has been processed. You will receive all relevant data in the email sent according to section 3.2 after the conclusion of the contract. In addition, you have the option to save or print the contract text during the ordering process.

3.4 The contract is concluded in German.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (section 5), you must bear the return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods, or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (§13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Delivery Area and Customer Base

Orders and deliveries are possible worldwide, with the following exception: USA.

7. Prices and Shipping Costs

7.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components.

7.2 In addition to the indicated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• €3.90 for shipping within Austria
• €5.90 for shipping to Germany
• €6.90 for shipping to the rest of Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom)
• €9.90 for shipping to the rest of the world

Shipping costs are clearly communicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

8. Payment and Delivery

The purchase price must be paid in advance and becomes due with your order. Goods will be shipped only after the purchase price has been credited to our account or we have received an appropriate payment guarantee from your bank.

Payment can be made as follows:

PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card

Payment on invoice is available upon request.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
